Situation Analysis: Year 2 and 3

As a follow up to their first successful mobile program, PG&E decided to better communicate and educate their customers by attending special events including fairs, festivals and community functions. The goals of PG&E were to communicate their desire for outstanding customer service, renewable energy, energy efficiencies and environmental responsibility.

Strategy/Execution: Year 2 and 3

IMM redeveloped the existing vehicle to include interactive displays such as a customer service exhibit, environmental responsibility kiosk, renewable energy game and Smartmeter/energy efficiency display. The Smartmeter/energy
efficiency display was a computer controlled miniaturized kitchen and laundry exhibit which was customer controlled by a touch screen.
